We are not a lender, and submitting an application does not guarantee an offer, an approval, or any particular amount, rate, or term. All funding decisions are made by the funding providers based on their own criteria.
We may receive compensation from funding providers in connection with financing we arrange. This compensation does not increase your obligation beyond the terms stated in your funding agreement, and we work to place your file where it fits best.
