When you contact us or submit an application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and phone number; business information such as legal name, entity details, time in business, and revenue; and, as part of a funding application, financial information including bank statements and government identifiers such as a Social Security number or EIN. We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, through privacy-focused analytics that do not use advertising cookies.
We use your information to evaluate your funding request, communicate with you about it, and arrange financing on your behalf. That includes sharing your application and supporting documents with the third-party lenders and funding providers we work with in order to obtain offers for you. We also use contact information to respond to inquiries and provide updates about your application or our services. We do not sell your personal information.
By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by Spark Funding Solutions about your inquiry or application by phone, text message, and email, including through automated means. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to those who need it to serve you. Application documents are shared with funding partners through secure channels. We retain information as long as needed to serve you, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Our application and customer relationship tools are provided by trusted service providers who process information on our behalf. Funding partners who receive your application maintain their own privacy practices, and their handling of your information is governed by their policies once an application is submitted to them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable law.
